At Preferred Medical we pride ourselves on service. We offer routine, full service delivery AT NO CHARGE in our delivery footprint, to every customer we service, regardless of the size of the order. In the event that you need ANY product outside your normal delivery schedule, we will gladly ship the product(s) to you, with the following guidelines:

$ 0.00 We have No Minimum Order, regardless of the product.

$ 0.00 Our freight is FREE for any Med-Surg supply order of $350 or more

$ 0.00 Our freight is FREE for any Incontinent supply order of $350 or more

Special ordered items and equipment orders will be made with routine deliveries AT NO CHARGE. Items that require shipping will be billed to the invoice at the freight carriers cost.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. central time will be shipped the same business day.

Return Policy/Restocking Fees 

At Preferred Medical we strive to fulfill all your medical supply needs in 100% of the instances. Where the product we supply to you does not meet your needs, we will gladly allow you to return them to Preferred Medical, with the following guidelines:

  • Buyer may return any regularly stocked items to Seller within 30 days of purchase for full refund/credit for product as long as the product is in its original unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition. 
  • Buyer must contact Seller to request a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") for all product returns.  Seller will not accept any returns without an approved current RMA.
  • Return requests within 30 days of purchase will not be charged a restocking fee.
  • Return requests more than 30 days beyond the original purchase date will be charged a restocking fee of 25%.  Return request beyond 90 days from purchase date will be subject to special approval and restocking fee.
  • Special ordered and Non-stock items are not returnable.
